Yes, Mr. Minister you made a similar statement last time this donkey behaved the same way & harassed an innocent Samurdhi employee. We know you had the will to descipline this fellow but sadly your big boss interfered and turned the decision; the usual thing he does to create an army of wrongdoers that he can hold for ransom & get his dirty jobs done.
