Songwriters and singers today are simply disgusted with everything in the country. Politicians are responsible for this so dont blame the songwriters. look inwards.

What's wrong penning sarcastic lyrics about the shortcomings of the society? If all lyric writers start writing patriotic songs only, people will give up listening to songs altogether.

I love these songs. A person who is the President of a country should get on with the business of running the country and not get too emotional with things that are meant to be forms of entertainment for people. Just get on with life Your Excellency!
