If what media covers is not true, anyone can challenge it in the court. Please do not generalize that media does not tell the truth. Without media freedom, no democracy can survive. Sri Lanka has many censorship from its independent. All government should be transparent to have healthy democracy.

Mr. President Media freedom is not the disappearance i think you should read something about it in deep. in a nut shell if i may, its about expressing anything about anyone and reporting about anything about anyone and not being killed for it...however if i may also point out the marvelous comic work our police carryout i dont think there will be any freedom of any such until we get some good people to protect the law i know its a far cry ,,, so please try to make it happen rather than singing about it
