Sri Lanka were thrashed by an innings and 81 runs in the first test against South Africa. The Lankans scored 18 taking first lease of the wicket, to which the Proteas replied with a mammoth 411. The Sri Lankans showed no resistance in their second essay crumbling to a pathetic 150 runs. Vernon Philander was the 'Man of the Match' for his impressive bowling performance throughout the match.

I expected this results before the series start.First we have to sack Dilshan from captaincy.He is not good captain.Our team selection also bad.Where is Chandimal.We should sack Malinga also from ODI and T20.ODI and T20 we can play with Thisara,Nuwan Kulasekara,etc. But we need wkt taking bowler like lasith, then we can put good show at least.His yorkers very handy for tailenders in SA. Even for the top order. But he play IPL instead of SL. If we sack no body will take him. And also instead of Herath Ajantha is better option specially in SA condition. Maharoof is a seam bowler and he can get more wickets in SA condition. My team is Dilshan,Parana,Sanga,Mahela,Samareweera,Chandimal,Angelo,Maharoof,Ajantha,Shaminda Eranga/Dilhara,Malinga.
