Former Army Commander MP Sarath Fonseka has warned that the government was opening the door for a military coup in the country by introducing the 18th Amendment to the constitution.
Speaking at a press briefing in Parliament a short while ago Fonseka also expressed disappointment over the UNP boycotting the debate on the 18th Amendment to the constitution.
