Scattered showers can be expected today in the Western, Sabaragamuwa and Central Provinces and Galle and Matara districts, while the Southeast coastline will experience winds speed from 30 -40 Kph, Duty Meteorologist  Nayana Hewavitharana told Daily Mirror online

The highest rainfall of 44.9mm was recorded from the Gingathhena area while Colombo recorded 4.mm of rainfall during the last 24 hours. (GS)
