Sampanthan tops in Trinco

ITAK Leader R. Sampanthan has received the highest preferential votes in the Trincomalee District with 24, 488 votes followed by UNP’s M.S. Thaufee who received 23,588 votes.

UPFA’s Susantha Punchi Nilame came in third with 22,820 votes followed by UPFA’s M.K.D.S Gunawardena who received 19,734 votes. (AA)
