I am way from Mother Lanka for almost 10 years now. When i worked in One of the Cyelinco Companies in the Ealry 1990' it was the same case.
The Employee is not aware until he reaches the age of 55 and when he / she submit the claim form only know the money is not remitted to the Central Bank.
I am sure there are lot of Companies in this category, but the Board Of Directors will have having a Big Wealth
Over to you Hon President.
