The Police Environmental Division informed the public today that putting up of posters in the Colombo city limits should be strictly confined to the newly erected 250 notice boards.

    Are there CCTV cameras also ??? Why now sudden care for the environment ........Please remove also the jumbo posters & garbage posters of politicos at election time and also the noise pollution and chaos their escorts create on the roads, harrassing the public citizens.
