There were no power cuts for Colombo and it may be that the reservoirs will spill over if there are any more power cuts for the outstation .What is the CEB doing are they not a independent body and they should decide when power cuts are necessary not the power ministry who has no competence on these matters and as such we have discriminative not required power cuts including the highest electricity tariff in the world
