Loss of a great guy.Should have lived a few more years watching the world
Kandy Boy Friday, 06 December 2013 09:25 AM
He was hated man by British Later he became a Loved & admired person. Then British erected a statue while living . We need a leader like that to see people of north erecting a statue of him.
Mandela showed what is leadership. Never ever discredited or harmed his enemy he took his country forward with them (Lord Buddha's way but he is was not a Buddhist).

“No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.” —Long Walk to Freedom: The Autobiography of Nelson Mandela`
Sir, Can you please born again to a Sri Lankan Mother? we need real statesman like your caliber
Ravindra Friday, 06 December 2013 03:53 AM
Bye bye true hero!
Kanchane Athauda Friday, 06 December 2013 03:38 AM
Nelson is outstanding because of his outstanding qualities. White people have kept him in prison almost a lifetime. But when he was freed and became the most powerful person in South Africa, he didn't chase after revenge even when his supporters wanted it. He was the ultimate forgiver on earth.
He could be in power up to his death easily. He was that popular. But he has put his country in the correct way in a short period of just 4 1/2 years and stepped down. Can you believe that? He is unbelievable. Because he is unbelievable, he is always remembered and always will be as the greatest politician the world has ever seen.
TODAY I PROUDLY WEEP FOR THIS GREAT MAN ON HIS DEPARTURE.
BYE NELSON!
YOU'VE DONE GREAT1
