Last time when India abstained from voting at the UNHCR some fishermen were released. Now when President MR is invited for the swearing-in-Ceremony another group of fisherman are released. Does this mean the fishermen are taken into custody without any valid reason

Hold and behold. Authorities now say there are no Indian fishermen to be released. Last lot were released when the Indian delegation of fishermen and officials of fisheries dept came to Sri Lanka for talks. They might have to arrest some SL fishermen and release them to keep to the orders of Lokka. Ha hi hu hoooooooooooooooooo via DM iPad app
