Wonder where the money comes for this? Taxpayers, tighten your belts. I read this sign today which says, "TAXPAYERS MONEY AT WORK, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE". Although I am fully aware what it really means, the signboard tells us the grim truth.
