india is a country that allows cast based discrimination without any punishment. Does India think that collaborating with Sri Lanka can help to foot into Sri Lanka to get economical benefits? If that so, India is simply dreaming. India should remember that China is not a foolish and much more modernized than India though China's human right violation are worse than India and not worse than Sri Lanka.
