Lankans never went around bombing, that was the work of LTTE terrorists. India has pushed herself into a corner by antagonizing her neighbors and is facing the consequences. At least she should learn to mind her own business and not go poking her fingers where they're not wanted.

No negotiations with terrorists. Military action is the only solution to stop terrorism. Example: Sri Lanka, all other countries still suffer with negotiaions.
