cloud in the sky and good condition for swing balling with two new balls , and 7 out of 8 times chasing team won the match in Cardiff . Still won the toss and elect to bat, what a stupid decision. Look at the way they are batting . I bet that SL will not win even a single match in this tournament. 7 players are in their late thirties , so no future for this team. Give a chance to new players, then we can win some matches in future tournaments.

Which idiot decided to bat first in overcast conditions, plus knowing the history of the ground. Matthews should be sacked, and the captaincy should be given to another cleverer player. Half of the team isn't playing for the country, but for IPL money. I paid all this money to travel to cardiff from london to watch this match, for what? to watch sri lanka fail. we all knew from the weather forecast yesterday that we should bowl first. shame on you matthews and the team selectors.
