Heavy traffic has been reported at the Thummulla Junction, in Kirulapone as well as down Horton Place, Duplication Road and around the Town Hall area due to the rains that have inundated many roads. (DM Online)

    Srilankens are getting in to the habit of negative thinking, to get the roads done first they got to be closed, how can this be done when people take their cars out without walking even a short distance the only option left is to do the hard way ban traffic on week ends then attend to road works.
