Moves are under way to give Medical Officers of Health the power to take action against illegal medical practitioner in their area and the circular in this regard is in the process of being drafted and gazetted, Deputy Director General of the Management Services Branch Dr. S.T.G.R de Silva told Daily Mirror online.
