This is a natural phenomena when there is a change. But don't forget the old proverb that says, 'New broom sweeps clean, but the old broom only knows the corners'.

Dear All, The reason is absolutely the way the chairmen and Board of Directors apponted to ppublic institutions. The way it happens now is hand picking knowns leaving disciplined and trained people out of every activity. The knowns are obviously those culprits who come forward to help govt during elections. They do not help electioneering, nor possess any kind of skill to run an institute properly.
Hereafter, please advertise the positions available, get them to make a presentation in public on his proposals to develop the country face an interview in public and select the best avaialble.
If the govt follows this methodlolgy, the country in no time will be the wonder land in Asia. Dr V U Ratnayake
