The defense and prosecution made the final address to Court at the second Court Martial against former Army Commander Sarath Fonseka today. The Judge Advocate is expected to present the summing-up of the case to Court tomorrow, Army spokesman Major General Ubaya Madewela told Daily Mirror online. 

The second Court Martial which examines the alleged violation of military procurement procedures during the tenure of the former army Commander was postponed till 11am tomorrow. (Daily Mirror online)

    It does not matter He is guilty or not verdict will be guilty. why spending so much of public money, just publish a gazet notification SF is guilty of every charge. with the all mighty powers the president is vested with he can easily do this.
