Unfortunately the people of Jaffna is undergoing all kinds of traumatic experience since 1976.They never had and have a true leader.Even this fear psychosis is created by the vested interested parties.In spite of huge presence of army and police from Southern region , the people are under the fear.It is a national shame.the president should directly involve in this problem and clear the mess.other wise many decades would be lost. Jaffna is an integrated part of the nation and why this kind of problem has cropped up.Instead of discussing the issue, the government should firmly catch all those criminals and those who patronize them with out a delay
