Supreme Court today granted leave to proceed in the Fundamental Right case filed by the girl with a snake arrested in Cleopatra Club.

Leave to proceed was granted in respect of Articles 12, 13 & 14. Respondents are required to file objections. Argument will commence on 28th March '13. ( S.S.S)
