A complaint has been lodged against Union Minister of State in Prime Minister’s Office, V Narayanasamy, for his recent statement on LTTE chief Prabhakaran and Naam Tamizhar Katchi.
Advocate C Ramesh of Madurai filed a complaint with the IGP of South Zone stating that the official statement issued by the minister prompted enmity between the Tamil-speaking Indians and non-Tamils.
On May 20, the MoS made a statement that the LTTE Chief was a coward, who used women and children as human shields. The complainant said that the statement by the minister was totally irresponsible, and was imputed against a dead person.
The complainant sought action against Narayanaswamy under Section 153 (A) of IPC (Indian Express)
In Tamil Nadu there are lots of courageous leaders like Subramaniam Swami, Narayanasami and Gnanadesikan to call a spade a spade.

Another joke of a complaint. How can a statment made against a person, especially a villian constitute enmity towards a community. Perhaps, only those who make heroes of terrorists may think so. I think that atleast this statement of his is correct.
