All circulars that impede the progressive work of university lecturers will be withdrawn according to a joint statement by FUTA and government, the Government Information Department said.

    The minister will decide what are the circulars impede the progressive works of the lecturers. He wouldn't have issued them if he thinks so. Bullshit.

    Are you kidding? Then the UGC will have to withdraw almost all the circulars it has issued so far. There are over 900 odd circulars..

    Exactly. They are not doing enough for the salary paid by the rate payers. Ask graduates and undergrads.
