Chinese nationals arrested over scuffle

Three Chinese Nationals were arrested by the police on charges of assault and causing damage to the property at a Bar and Restaurant in Kirulapona on Saturday night, the Police said

 

They said that the suspects were arrested following a complaint lodged to the Kollupitiya police for having assaulted the restaurant owner and damaging the restaurant property worth more than  Rs.150,000.

 

Police further said that the arrested suspects were released today on Police bail and they are to be produced before the Fort Magistrate on December 4.

    Maybe the Chinese were more than frustrated to find another Chinese restaurant that does not serve Chinese food!
