Southern Provincial Councilor and Actress Anarkali Akarsha while witnessing the Kumbal Perahara in Kandy had suddenly fainted and was rushed by the police to a hotel near the Dalada Maligawa to rest.
After recovering and receiving the necessary medical attention the Actress returned back to watching the perahara. (Daily Mirror online)
