Ven. Watareka Vijitha Thera was remanded till August 11 by the Maligakanda Magistrate’s Court on the charges of allegedly misbehaving outside the Presidential Secretariat last afternoon, police said today
He was arrested by the Colombo Fort Police.
The Ven. Thera was later admitted to the National Hospital due to his health condition.
