The total Covid-19 cases reported so far in Sri Lanka surpassed 30,000 mark with 335 more individuals testing positive for the virus.
A total of 694 Covid-19 cases were reported today.
The toll of Covid-19 cases in the Minuwangoda-Peliyagoda cluster thereby surged to 26,516.
Accordingly, the total cases reported so far in Sri Lanka stand at 30,072 while there are still 8,128 patients under medical care.
Meanwhile, the total recoveries in the country stand at 21,800.
Over 10,000 positive cases were reported within 17 days. Sri Lanka crossed the 20,000 mark on November 22. (Sheain Fernandopulle)

This is after testing less than 1% of the population daily .. One can imagine if 25k were tested daily what the possible outcome would be and still we are told that this entire infected number is from two clusters ..
