Now there are real 'Boat People' not trying to get into 'aussie' for economic benefit, but trying to get away from 'real danger' and return to their homes in max one week. Don't need to give them 'refugee status' citing 'HR Violations or Rape or whatever'. Please assist them in seeking refuge till they can 'return to their homes' once water recedes.
