United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres said the UN stands ready to scale up its support to government-led relief efforts to those affected by the adverse weather condition in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Issuing a statement, UN Secretary-General’s Spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric said Guterres is deeply concerned by the devastating impact caused by Cyclone Mora in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
