Foreign Minister Ravi Karunanayake yesterday denied reports which said President Maithripala Sirisena had asked him to resign from his post.
"The reports and the rumours that I have been asked to resign from my post is utter nonsense," he told Daily Mirror on Friday night.(Yohan Perera)

We have elected a President to be in charge of the country and he has been waffling for more than two years allowing a rat like RW to have a free hand. It is time we tell the President that we hold him responsible for the absolute mess which we now have call our country.

Pm is very silent on RAvi's matter. Because he supports him behind.Thats why no talk. President has power so rather than telling him to resign, just sack him out and show what you promised to the people during your election campaign in 2015
Don Saturday, 05 August 2017 01:26 PM
There is an investigation going on why should PM or the President jump in to this... there are ruls and regulations why should any one could get sacked until proven.. Lets follow a correct process and change our systems... at least an MP from the governing party is been question which is very good. Has this been happened before??

How can people give judgments without knowing the evidence in full, of an investigation by a Legally instituted Commission. The Commission had investigations for more than 4 hours. It is only the Commission that has the right to give judgement based on Law and Legal enactments if proven guilty of offence. Most of the comments are highly personal and emotional based on perceptions they have over a person. They are like Kekille Raju verdicts of personal agenda.

Does he remember that he is married, has a wife and daughter. Does remember that he has a huge and modern warehouse in Seeduwa. This guy should be kicked first by the UNP itself , then the other parties.

Whether you resign or not, your days are numbered, so is the government's. Very soon people will chase out all you crooks.
