Rapid Antigen Tests on people crossing WP borders

Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) would be conducted on the commuters who will be crossing Western Province borders during the forthcoming festive season, Army Commander Shavendra Silva said.

However, he said that no decision has been taken to impose any restrictions during this period.

Accordingly, steps are being taken to prevent Covid-19 from spreading to other parts of the country.
