Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a message of condolence to President Maithripala Sirisena following loss of life and large-scale destruction caused by flooding in different parts of the country, the President’s office said.
The Russian President said that Russia shared the grief of those who lost their loved ones due to the natural disaster and hoped for speedy recovery of the injured.
