Arresting drivers after these mishaps is useless. Appoint a team learned in the area of road rules driving etc to formulate some guidelines to prevent such mishaps and make them into the law

To prevent accidents re-introduce compulsory vehicle fitness tests. Vahicle owners are burdoned with smoke emission test fees. Emforce fitness tests and do not charge for it.

Vehicles not road unworthy should be withdrawn by law. Re introduce vehicle fitness tests with immediate effect.
