Fish is healthy food, thus the tax should be zero for this. In the same manner, make the taxes for beer and vine zero and add at least 5% for hard liquor... this is productive progress.

This is news to me. We have Sea around our small Island and we import fish from overseas? I thought we export fish to other country as GSP PLUS is also available for Sri Lanka now.

There is nothing that Sri Lanka is self sufficient in. Oh yes one thing. That's talking big. We are a shame to call our selves Sri Lankans. That's the actual truth.
