PROPERTY DAMAGE SHOULD BE JAILED. WHO TAKES THE LAW INTO THEIR OWN HANDS IS GUILTY . THE LAW SHOULD BE APPLIED TO EACH AND EVERY CITIZEN IN UNBIASED TERMS. IF A COMMON MAN HAS DONE THIS HE WILL BE DEFINITELY PUT INTO PRISON !!!!!! THIS IS WHY WE ARE HAVING HUGE PROBLEMS IN SRI LANKA. JUSTICE SHOULD PREVAIL FOR EACH AND EVERY CITIZEN DESPITE RACE , RELIGION OR CREED !!!!!!
