Even if the leaders of the protest behave unruly and break the law they too must be dealt with equally, irrespective of their status! Freedom to protest and demonstrate should not cause disorder and disquiet affecting peaceful life of the people!!

    Janathawa Wednesday, 05 September 2018 08:58 AM

These protestors should not be allowed to behave and act like the doctors and university students.

JO wants as many as deaths to fulfill their agenda. Then the former king will attend those funerals with a long face. And the idiotic people say "wow". This is not the way to send this government home. Grow up.

Hand bombs Wednesday, 05 September 2018 09:36 AM

Request foolish slavers to be careful about their life because, Namal needs blood bath and the people provoke and oppose yahapalana to get votes. So he will kill his own foolish people by hand bombs today in streets.

JO Devils Wednesday, 05 September 2018 12:00 PM

I never seen such a thuggery JO force for power hungry in history of Sri Lanka politics, how can they force a elected government in thuggery way. They tried every tricks to topple the government by crook or force, so far failed. It is becoming very clear why they are doing all this and people even with little brain could understand.

Jayantha Munasinghe Wednesday, 05 September 2018 12:22 PM

As long as we have people ever ready to jump the bandwagon for a packet of lunch, a bottle and some money we will not only have this kind of protests but also will never get desirable members to the parliament. Our real tragedy is the universal franchise given well before it can be used intelligently. These people will always outnumber the judicious ones !!
