The owner of the recently collapsed Excellency building in Wellawatte, who was arrested today after he surrendered to the Wellawatte Police, had been remanded till 26 of this month, Police said.
The suspect, a 62-year-old resident of Wellawatte was produced before the Mount Lavinia Magistrate who remanded him till 26. (Thilanka Kanakarathna)
