This would not have happened if the van had a sticker issued by the van sticker authority and the driver was wearing an approved yellow hat.

Improve the public transport system so people need not depend on private vans whose only concern is money and not safety of the kids. We can spend billions on frivolous events but not for something as necessary and vital as this.
