SL bag four medals at Asian GP

Sri Lanka won two Silver Medals and two Bronze Medals at the Asian Grand Prix Series first-leg worked off in Chongqing China yesterday. 
Nadeesha Ramanayake won the Silver Medal in the Women’s 400m with a time of 53.24s while Nimali Liyanarachchi also won the Silver Medal in the Women’s 800m while returning a time of 2:03.17s. 
Meanwhile, Gayanthika Abeyratne won the Bronze Medal in the Women’s 800m with a time of 2:03.59s while Sumeda Ranasinghe also won the Bronze Medal in the Men’s javelin throw with an effort of 76.92m. (SP)
