As a general rule, every person born into this world is ordained to carry out a specific mission during his lifetime. And Mother Nature endows him with unique mental, physical; and personality traits essential for carrying out this mission.  However, the full potential of an individual may not blossom on time to fulfill this mission or may not blossom at all due to a multitude of factors.

Inhibiting factors
For example, environmental or sociological factors may inhibit the full flowering of a brilliant child or an accident may claim the life of a great scientist or surgeon at the start of his career.
Some great men and women in history had been mediocre as children but had made their mark later in life when their special talents and skills had blossomed.
There are certain astrological rules that help even a person with a rudimentary knowledge of the science to make a broad assessment of the personality traits, talents and aptitudes of an individual from a brief reading of his horoscope. Such an assessment will help the individual concerned to know his potential and future prospects and to derive inspiration from such knowledge to achieve the maximum success in life.

Favourable planetary positions
No native would be unlucky if the lords of the Lagna (Ascendant), the 10th Bhava (House), and of the sign (Rashi) where the Moon is posited are powerfully placed in the horoscope. The native is fortunate if the Lagna is aspected by several benefics and is hemmed in between benefics. He is very fortunate if the lords of the 10th Karmasthana and the 9th Bhagyasthana have exchanged places or are together in a Bhava. It should be noted that no auspicious yoga would produce beneficial effects in full measure if the lords of the Lagna and the 9th Bhagyasthana and the Moon are debilitated or afflicted otherwise.

Birth time
The Noonborns – those born say between 11 am and 12 noon are lucky because during this time the Sun, Venus and Mercury are either in the 10th House or somewhere close to it where they produce favourable results. Besides, these three planets are strong during the day according to Kaala Bala principles.

Those born early in the morning are generally more fortunate than those born in the evening.

The birth at sunrise is generally favourable for male children. Sunriseborns are ambitious, enterprising, proactive and dynamic.  They do not like to play second fiddle to anyone. They are ever prepared to shoulder responsibility and command authority.

Those born in the afternoon and the evening when Saturn commands Kaala Bala are generally content to work in a subordinate position.

Those born during the first half of the night when the Moon commands Kaala Bala, lack drive and dynamism.  They are not ambitious.

Sharp intellect and eloquence
Gemini, Libra and Aquarius natives are endowed with a sharp intellect and the gift of the gab- the ability to express their ideas eloquently. Gemini natives are clever at assimilating knowledge. They are in their element in the fields of academics and science and are more at home with the learned. Libra natives are conspicuous by their aplomb, spontaneous geniality and pleasing manners.

Aquarians stand out for their originality and creativity, selflessness and compassion and sensitiveness to others’ feelings and needs.

However, Aquarians miss grand opportunities that come their way either due to their aversion to enter the rat race or being slow to realize their own potential.
