UNP will object

The UNP working committee has decided to vote against the proposed constitutional reforms when it is debated in Parliament, UNP leader Ranil Wickramasingha told reporters a short while ago.

The UNP working committee met today to decide on its stand over the proposals which have been approved by Cabinet and is now before the Supreme Court for a determination. (YP)
