Sabotage? Bad track? Speeding? Signal fault?
Do they have investigations? Results released?

The last carriage is operated by a private company and this is the culprit. An old carriage was refurbished locally with a domestic air conditioner fixed to the undercarriage. This may have had safety issues. Over to the you, minister who know nothing about railways.
