May he rest in peace. This shouldn't have happened. Social unrest is something that should be handled very carefully. Development shouldn't be limited to taking loans and building roads, highways, airports etc. Social development is extremely important specially at the stage after winning the war. Law should be equal to all if not people loose respect for the law and do what they think that's suitable since the system is crooked.

What is Borella OIC has to do at Hanwella where there is a Police Station with an OIC. Who sent him there? Has he gone on his own? Questionable.

This should be treated as a homicide and the culprits arrested for murder, trees dont fall unless someone fell them.

I quite agree with Mr. Suranga's comment. I have met this OIC of Borella on one occasion and he is a very rare officer one could come across these days who is very honest and straight. My deepest sympathies to his Family and the loved ones. May he RIP.

C.K Lankaputhra you are absolutely correct with your question what was he doing there in that place. If this factory gives environmental issue why can't they move the factory somewhere else?
