His first task is to remove the military from northern province.
His second task is to get all the lands acquired by government back and give it to the owners.
His third task is to establish a new police department and catch all the culprits who are involved in degrading our traditions. This includes sex workers, drug dealers etc. This is necessary in order to safeguard our valuable cultural values.

He was raised in Colombo, studied at best government school Royal college, got educated and became a lawyer and rose and got appointed to Supreme Court, the Highest Apex Body of court of law - all being a Tamil. Hon CV Vigneswaran, C.M.,
Congratulations. You have tremendous responsibility to put the life of northerners back in track. As a first step , you may form a committee to report you on what took place during the last phase of the war in the north province . And you may use all your powers to bring any wrong doers to the books and let the justice prevail in north again. Hope you will do it .

Now its your turn Mr.Vigneswaran. People trusted you, they believe you will develop Northern area. And also you have to ensure no more uprising as you have witnessed BRUTALITY of it.

people keep confidence in Mr Vigneshwaram as a moderate person who will bring about the burning issues ahead of reconciliation. but from the way he spoke about Prabha and Keppetipola Disawe made me to brand him also to yet another ordinary Tamil politician who does not want get any solution.
