Ex-LTTE key man Balraj’s brother dies

Mahaguruge Nelson Francis (38) a brother of former senior LTTE cadre, Balraj died in the Welikada prison due to a cardiac arrest on September 02.

The victim died after he was admitted to the hospital. He had been arrested between in 2007 in the Puttalam area for carrying two Claymore mines, and was imprisoned since December 07, 2011.
