General Sarath Fonseka is to be produced before a court martial next week over seven charges including for engaging in politics while serving in the army and violating army regulations when procuring weapons, the military said. Military Spokesperson Major General Prasad Samarasingha told reporters a short while ago that the court martial will be held on March 16 and 17 at the naval headquarters before a panel of three major generals.
