Out dated laws: while struggling to block millions of porn sites, print porn is insignificant, always in control- easily detectable by parents, teachers and elders! Of course married and engaged may not get spoiled if they are judicious, there are soft porns which the law won't define or unable to, the ribbon is too thin to cut (! )

book price of Rs.3,000 and fine Rs. 2500 (he can recover it by selling 2 or 3 book) fine and punishment should reduce offences but fine like this encourage others to do this type of offence
