149 Million Dollars for 56 km means 2.6 Million Dollars per kilo Meter. Is it possible for us to have a breakdown of how the figures are arrived at?? If Slippers (concrete) are placed at USD 100 and Rail track at USD 500, still there is a major defecit??

The rest are "overheads' & "underhands". Surely that is obvious unless rails are titanium.

Wouldn't it be much cheaper if the project is entrusted to the local railway dept. and the forces to do it. We have the brains and the talented people to do it.
