Minister Mervyn Silva has reportedly rushed to Singapore on a long holiday after visiting the funeral house of the President's advisor Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra, sources say.

he had to choose between Singapore or the Maldives coz NO other country would issue him a visa that quick even with a diplomatic passport. Singapore and Maldives are the ONLY 2 countries that grant visa on arrival to SriLankans. Smart thinkin by Dutugemunu......LOL
